As the Chief People Officer Scout is responsible for providing extra love and care to clients and the S Harris Financial team. In a very short time, Scout has developed a proficiency in people management skills. He is an expert at bringing smiles to the faces of many and is even know to give an occasional kiss to anyone who would like one.
While his background has not been in the financial services industry, his people skills have transitioned seamlessly to this line of work and his enthusiasm for a life well lived has only served to strengthen our team. Although he has already hit the ground running and embraced his role, his compensation package is still under development. He says he is not very concerned about it, as he believes his main form of compensation is hugs and kisses.
Scout is a miniature Australian Labradoodle from Kingsport, Tennessee and is one of 10 siblings. His birth parents Reese and Riggs provided him fantastic genes to do, as he says, “what he was created to do.” In his free time Scout enjoys playing fetch, rolling in the leaves, or just curling up and taking a nap in someone’s lap. He is a self-proclaimed “ladies man,” but enjoys a little rough housing as well. Scout likes spending time with his new siblings Bryce, Emily, Shadow and Addie and is looking forward to traveling as family. His parents Scott and Stephanie are proud of his efforts, and his commitment to making the world a better place!
